Creatine is a natural compound that has been studied extensively for consumption by humans. However, no study showed negative effects of creatine in the body. Creatine has the characteristic to bind to phosphorus (P) and forming a substance important for the energy performance of phosphocreatine (PCr). PCr offering P of the molecule contributes to the regeneration of ATP, the energy currency of each cell, thus prolonging the time can the muscles do work. Thus in intense exercises PCr-ATP system can supply energy to muscle cell. There is a positive relationship between the intake of creatine from muscles and exercise performance. Supplementation of creatine increases the concentration of PCr in muscle at 6 to 16% leading to increased resynthesis of ATP and hence increased work output and hence in athletic performance. Moreover, creatine is an osmotic substance which increases the water retention, leading to anabolic process, i.e. increased protein synthesis. In this way you fight fatigue during training, permitting longer and intensive training, which ultimately leads to improved strength and increase muscle mass.

The BCAAs, i.e., amino acids with branched chain are leucine, isoleucine and valine. It is essential amino acids, i.e. are not synthesized by the body and must be received by the individual's diet. These amino acids are completely necessary for protein synthesis, a process necessary for building muscle, as are 35% of muscle mass and components thereof. The BCAAs enhance energy even fat loss, but their main advantage is their ability to stimulate muscle growth. Of the three, leucine is the most valuable player. Leucine plays one of the most important roles in signaling muscle growth. With a more "scientific" term, leucine activates a complex called mTOR, which increases muscle protein synthesis and therefore muscle growth. Also, because the BCAAs are anti-catabolic protect the muscle during training and permit the rapid and complete muscle recovery after. They play an important role during the training as well as help to reduce muscle breakdown and optimizing glycogen stores in the muscles and are the only amino acids which can be converted to glucose when the body runs out of glycogen during training. When glycogen stores are depleted, starting muscle decay. Therefore BCAAs consumption accelerates regeneration and prevents the loss of muscle mass during the workout.

It is a nutrient that is derived from the amino acids lysine and methionine. Transports fatty acids into the mitochondria where they disintegrate and ultimately used in the Krebs cycle, from which it produces energy. Through releasing energy, strength can be increased and the body reduces the consumption of muscle glycogen. This combined with the reduction of the accumulation of lactic acid in the muscles can prolong endurance during exercise before becoming tired. In addition, L-Carnitine supports athletic performance and endurance, and helps to reduce oxidation of muscle. If you include L-carnitine in the arsenal of your supplements, beyond your goals, you will achieve fat loss and strength gains.

Each of these active ingredients are designed and interconnected in a manner to multiply their action and enormously increases the yield strength, strength, fat loss and muscle development.

Omega 3 Omega-3 fatty acids, according to modern research, are a valuable ally for the health and protection shield for the body. Omega-3 fatty acids, particularly EPA and DHA, have been linked to cardiovascular health due to their anticoagulant activity. They, also, have protective act on heart health as it can improve the cholesterol by reducing triglyceride levels and increasing HDL levels (good cholesterol). Extensive studies suggest that the omega 3 fatty acids reduce inflammation and help prevent inflammatory diseases such as heart disease and arthritis. Finally, they contribute to a proper brain function and appears to be related to the treatment of depression and preventive action against certain cancers.
Vitamins The body needs 13 vitamins daily, the A, B, C, D, E, H, complex 7B and B12 to function properly. Vitamins have multiple properties in the body . Specifically, they led to good function of the immune system, q uick metabolism (especially for those trying to lose fat), strong bones and tissues, effective muscle building and better functioning of the body, leading to a longer life.
